Homes to Be Released Next

Over
250 families have purchased homesites in Ginn sur
Mer's first year of selling and each day the buzz
continues to grow amongst boaters, aviators, and
the Caribbean real estate market. The Ginn sur Mer
development team is working at a feverish pace to
bring its vision to life.
The
private runway is already open and accommodating
both Ginn Aviation and Ginn sur Mer owners' private
planes. Work is currently being done on the Mega
Yacht Marina and Grand Canals as well as the initial
infrastructure within the resort community. With
each week the property is taking the shape of what
will be the crown jewel of resort living in the
Caribbean.
With
the recent addition of the existing Old Bahama Bay
resort, Ginn sur Mer has fast forwarded to a functioning
vacation community with amenities such as a 73-slip
marina with its own customs and immigration office,
three restaurants, beautiful beaches and a thriving
rental program.
The
development team at Ginn sur Mer has also just announced
the first upcoming release in the community since
its founder's homesite opening several months ago.
It is now in the planning stages to begin selling
its cottage condominium homes.
The
location of these cabana homes will be at the northwest
section of the community next to Old Bahama Bay.
They will be situated on some of the nicest beaches
in the entire Ginn community.
There
will be one-, two- and three-bedroom cabana homes
available. Prices have not yet been released. Estimates
at this time are that one-bedroom units might start
in the low $800,000's. These condominiums will be
eligible for the hotel's rental program, and because
of their unique direct oceanfront location, they
will likely command a very high rate.
The cabana condominium homes will be about 2.5 miles
from the main hotel, near the resort's main restaurants,
spa and the Caribbean's largest casino. With water
taxis, electric cars and golf carts readily available,
owners will have convenient access to all the action
combined with the privacy of their own oceanfront
home.
The
Ginn sur Mer development team will begin to accept
reservations from its preferred purchasers in the
near future. The initial response is anticipated
to be overwhelming, and those who move quickly will
have the most advantages position should they decide
to purchase at the launch later this year.
